When we started operations in 2011, our advocacy was simple but uncommon: to promote and professionalize home-based employment in the Philippines. We believed then — and still believe now — that work could fit around life, instead of the other way around.
Honestly, it was difficult. We tested different business models and failed many times. Some ideas didn't survive contact with reality. But because we cared about this advocacy, we kept going — learning, adjusting, and trying again.
We believe that working at home, or on a freelance basis, can give associates more time for themselves and the people they love. Not as a shortcut, but as a different way to build a working life.
We are still building it. But we have never stopped believing in it.
